These terms govern use of the Tiny Teams System website operated by Wizard of HCM Private Limited through the Tiny Teams System brand. The site shares educational material about building expertise-based businesses, starting in India. It also retains earlier work on recurring operating problems. New guide requests are closed. It does not currently sell a product or consulting service.

Reader discussion

Comments are reviewed before publication. We may decline or hide spam, abusive, irrelevant, or confidential material. You are responsible for what you submit and give us permission to display your comment and display name with the article. Do not impersonate someone or share material you have no right to publish.

Pawan reads and replies when time allows. There may be long gaps, and no individual response or publication is guaranteed. Comments do not create a consulting or support relationship. YouTube discussions are hosted under YouTube’s terms.

Earlier field-guide access

Existing approved requests may continue to use their confirmation and download links. Those links may expire or have download limits. New requests are no longer accepted.

Educational content

The site's operating observations and examples are general educational material. They are not legal, tax, employment, cybersecurity or vendor-specific professional advice and do not guarantee a business result.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for evaluating and implementing any idea in your own context, including employee consultation, permissions, access controls, confidential information, backups and tool configuration. Test changes safely and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site's original writing, field guide, operating patterns, diagrams and brand assets belong to Wizard of HCM Private Limited. The guide is licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may link to or quote a reasonable excerpt with attribution. You may not republish substantial material, distribute or sell the guide, remove ownership notices or present it as your own without written permission.

Messages and availability

A submission does not create a consulting relationship or an obligation to respond or publish the question. There is no current newsletter signup. We may update, correct, withdraw or reorganise content and cannot guarantee uninterrupted site, email or download availability.
