Your expertise can point you toward a business. The first useful question is who needs a result you can help deliver.
Start with questions you already hear
List three problems you have helped people solve through your work. Choose one person who experiences one of those problems repeatedly.
Talk to them about what they have tried, what the problem costs them, and what a useful result would look like. Listen for their words before deciding what format to sell.
Make the first offer small
Try writing: “I help [person] achieve [result] through [service or workshop].”
Define what is included, how it will work, and what is outside the scope. A focused service or live workshop can give you a way to learn before building a larger course.
Look for evidence
Customer conversations and a paid pilot can tell you more than polishing a course in isolation. Use what you learn to improve the offer.
This is a starting framework, not a report of a new experiment. If you have tried something similar, you can share what happened in the comments. I will read through when time allows.
